About the Role Are you experienced in growing a regional services business while balancing customer outcomes and commercial results? If so, this role could be the right fit. Reporting directly to the VP APAC Global Services, you will lead an organization of several functional consulting teams deploying Workday across all industries and markets within the APAC region. In this role, you will wake up every day thinking about how best to support the growth of the Financials, Reporting & Analytics practice, develop & mature our offerings, maximize impact for our customers, retain outstanding talent, and deliver satisfied customers Key responsibilities include: Hire, develop, and retain high performing consultants and consulting managers whodeploy Workday’s Financial, Reporting and Analytics applications using the Launch Flex deployment approach. Build a high-engagement culture that supports growth, learning, and collaboration with field and product teams.Build an aligned strategy & execution plan with Field Services Directors, Regional/ Geo VPs/ RSDs and Account executives on how to collaborate on our Vision 29 Growth objectives for APAC across FINS, Reporting & Analytics. Charter and own an operating model for delivery of complex, multi-country customer deployments, ensuring quality, timeliness, and commercial success. Collaborate with Delivery Directors, Services Executives and Engagement Managers to deliver quarterly customer satisfaction, reference, and revenue, utilization and margin objectives. Build and maintain senior executive relationships with customers and partners. Collaborate with Global teams in Services, Product and Technology, Business Development, and other key organizations to win and deliver new business Anticipate and manage risk across key deals and programs, putting in place clear mitigation plans. Act as sponsor on strategic customers to guide project and delivery teams in partnership with Geo leaders in services and sales About You About You – Basic Qualifications 20+ years of Consulting experience, from Big 4 and/ or Global System Integrators (GSI),with proven experience in leading Consulting and GTM teams 20+ years in leading customer facing engagements & senior relationships with large, complex accounts across Asia Pacific. 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Financial Systems, or related domains People leadership experience in service sales, practice management, delivery management, GTM and project teams Proven capability to collaborate with Delivery, Resource Management, Business Development, and other key organizations to win and deliver new business. Proven track record on achieving quarterly sales, customer satisfaction, and revenue objectives Diversified industry experience: examples FSI, Public Sector, Travel & Logistics, Higher Education, others. About You – Other Qualifications Experience leading a portfolio of programs or a services business, including responsibility for financial performance and customer satisfaction.
