POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director, Fundraising Channel Sales to lead and expand our fundraising sales channels in the chocolate fundraising industry. This role will oversee all current and future sales channels, including Independent Sales Representatives, the Inside Sales Team, and the Outside Sales Team. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of growing revenue, improving KPIs, developing sales training programs, and driving innovative strategies to compete and win in a dynamic fundraising marketplace.
This leader must possess strong sales instincts, operational discipline, and a player-coach leadership style that suits a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment. Success in the role will require a track record of securing new business, managing customer relationships, and driving profitable growth through all aspects of quality sales operations and controls. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading multiple sales channels to profitable growth. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years at the Director or Senior Director level.
  • Successful background in B2B/B2C sales, channel development, and partnership management.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in building, training, and scaling inside, outside, and independent sales teams.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Skilled in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

PERFORMANCE MEASURES: Success in the Senior Director, Fundraising Channel Sales role at World’s Finest Chocolate will be measured by a mix of financial, customer, and organizational outcomes, including the following key performance indicators:

  • Revenue, Operating Profit, Gross Margin, and customer-level profitability
  • Sales execution with improved metrics
  • RGM (Revenue Growth Management)
