POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director, Fundraising Channel Sales to lead and expand our fundraising sales channels in the chocolate fundraising industry. This role will oversee all current and future sales channels, including Independent Sales Representatives, the Inside Sales Team, and the Outside Sales Team. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of growing revenue, improving KPIs, developing sales training programs, and driving innovative strategies to compete and win in a dynamic fundraising marketplace.
This leader must possess strong sales instincts, operational discipline, and a player-coach leadership style that suits a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment. Success in the role will require a track record of securing new business, managing customer relationships, and driving profitable growth through all aspects of quality sales operations and controls.
