We are now strengthening and building our Finance Transformation capability in the UK and across our European practice. Working with C-suite executives and GBS / SSC leadership teams, we design and implement change/ transformation programmes to deliver World-Class performance.

CONSULTING EXPERIENCE:

• Proven track record in selling large scale transformation programmes with multinational companies and across different industry sectors
• Comfortable and experienced in developing and maintaining client relationships at C-Suite level
• Directing and Leading multiple consulting project teams from planning through to execution
• Change management experience
• Ensures that the latest developments in the GBS arena are understood and current offerings reflect latest innovations.
• UK, International and Global clientsStrong people leadership experience

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

• Viewed as an Expert in Global Business Services and Shared Services
• Viewed as an expert in Finance processes i.e. PTP, OTC, RTR and FP&A
• Solid understanding of HR and IT processes
• Viewed as an expert in Operating model design and implementation
• Good knowledge of benchmarking practices and capability maturity assessments
• Finance systems deployment experience
• Good knowledge of current and emerging market trendsWell versed in business transformation and programme management lifecycle
• 
  Technology Experience: SAP, Oracle
  Language Requirements: English as primary language
