About the Role
The Senior Director will play a critical role in driving strategic growth and delivering high-impact solutions to our insurance clients. This individual will lead complex engagements, mentor teams, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry expertise, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of success.
The Global Insurance Services (GIS) team are involved in advising insurers in strategic, mission-critical areas. Our clients are the executives of major insurers seeking to acquire, develop or enhance a competitive advantage. An excellent opportunity exists for a Senior Director level candidate to join and support the drive for strategic growth and delivering high-impact solutions to our clients.
We are looking for professionals with 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry with a proven track record of business development and ability to generate new business. The ideal candidate will possess deep insurance industry expertise, exceptional analytical and have the ability to lead complex engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at leading insurance firms.
- Provide strategic advice on a wide range of insurance industry issues, including strategy, business transformation and performance improvement, risk management, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Provide support to all GIS services lines including Strategy, Business Transformation and Performance Improvement, Advanced Data and Analytics Solutions, Actuarial, Risk Management and Claims/Litigation Consulting
- Lead complex client engagements and perform day-to-day activities including interactions with client personnel, other team members, and professionals from other firms involved in client engagements.
- Perform industry and company research and develop insurance industry insights
- Lead and motivate junior team members of the team.
- Take a leadership role in client engagements as well as junior staff oversight.
- Deliver high quality outputs internally and to clients within established timeframes
- Analyse industry trends and participate in forums to expand brand awareness among prospective customers throughout the EMEA region.
