Experience marketing orthopedics and/or cardiovascular products a plus; experience with Account Based Marketing preferred Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to a diverse, global team of marketing and technical services professionals Drive Market & Customer Insights: Through distinctive positioning in markets, driving awareness and interest focused on driving lead generation and revenue growth for the organization. This incudes design and development of Marketing Strategic Plans for the relevant segments Brand Strategy & Positioning: Contribute to, develop and implement the Biomedical Business segment strategy with the Business Segment Directors working collaboratively with the regions and salespeople to develop and execute Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs aligned with overall strategies Innovation: Create, in collaboration with the business leaders and innovation, a robust pipeline for innovation & development that is reflective of the market trends, feedback, and needs Commercial Execution to Achieve Targets (Lead/Revenue Generation): Partner with the extended commercial team to drive adoption and execution of key marketing initiatives, ABM strategies, campaigns, processes, and systems to ultimately drive goals of achieving organizational targets
