Description

Since our launch in 2015, we’ve lent over £13bn to ambitious entrepreneurs across both the UK and US. That’s led to the creation of over 40,000 new jobs and over 29,000 new homes – and we’re not about to stop there. We’re dedicated to helping trailblazing businesses thrive.
Our Business Banking proposition is designed for the UK’s most ambitious, high-growth companies. Since launching in 2024, we’ve built a digital-first, insight-led experience for modern SMEs—one that’s shaped by the needs of scale-ups and the expectations of today’s decision-makers.
As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re hiring a Senior Director to co-lead the Business Banking unit. You’ll work in tandem with the Senior Product Director to shape the vision, scale the product, and manage the business end-to-end—with a particular focus on Commercial, Go-to-Market, Marketing, Partnerships, Onboarding, and Customer Experience.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a rapidly growing unit inside one of the UK’s most successful fintech-born banks.
