Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Director - Growth to spearhead the commercial growth of our Customer Experience Management (CXM) and Martech practice. This is a senior, revenue-driving role responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy, driving new business, and expanding relationships with existing clients.
You will lead and manage a team of growth professionals and collaborate closely with the CXM Martech Practice Lead and delivery teams to sell and scale transformative customer experience solutions, including Martech consulting, CRM strategy, data activation, and personalized marketing execution.
This role is perfect for a commercially driven leader with a passion for marketing technology, customer experience, and business transformation.
