Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Growth Marketing to lead our worldwide growth initiatives. This role will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness on a global scale. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of marketing – on both channel and digital marketing fronts, to execute innovative marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global growth marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Key Focus Areas: Expansion of the Managed Service Business, by cultivating direct relationships with ISPs, Telecom Operators, and Cable Operators. Additional focus will be through partnerships with third-party hosting providers.
- Work closely with the global sales team to identify and develop strategic partnerships with service providers in the industry.
- Oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans for key markets and product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of marketing professionals, including the Channel Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Digital/Channel Marketing:
- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage the company’s digital assets, including the website, blog, and social media channels.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and drive lead generation via a multi-faceted marketing channel.
- Communications and PR
- Develop and execute communications strategy to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, analysts, and industry influencers.
- Manage media relations, including press releases, media interviews, and crisis communications.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor industry news and trends to identify opportunities for thought leadership and brand positioning.
- Performance Measurement and Optimization:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously optimize marketing strategies and tactics to maximize ROI.
