Global Event Management: Oversee end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of high-impact global sales events, partner summits. Key member of the team developing hype campaigns to motivate and promote incentives. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Communications, Commercial Operations, Sales, and other key stakeholders to ensure event goals align with broader business priorities and that messaging is consistent and compelling. Budget Oversight: Manage multi-million-dollar event budgets with discipline, ensuring resources are optimized to deliver maximum ROI while maintaining operational excellence. Performance Metrics: Define, monitor, and report on key event performance indicators (KPIs), providing data-driven insights and recommendations to the VP of Global Events to drive continuous improvement. Vendor and Venue Management: Develop and maintain strong vendor, venue, and third-party partner relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to timelines and service-level expectations. Risk Management: Identify potential risks across planning and execution, implementing proactive mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with corporate policies, safety standards, and industry regulations. Technology & Innovation: Lead the exploration and implementation of innovative event technologies that enhance engagement, operational efficiency, and measurement. --- Experience: 10+ years of progressive event management experience, supporting global GTM teams within a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Collaborate: Proven ability to lead a project, collaborate, fostering creativity, accountability, and operational excellence. Creativity: Demonstrated ability to develop innovative event concepts, experiential elements, and storytelling frameworks that elevate brand presence and drive attendee engagement. Execution Excellence: Extensive experience managing complex, multi-regional events from inception to completion, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior executives and global teams. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of global event trends, best practices, technologies, and measurement frameworks that enhance attendee experience and business impact. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
