Enterprise Sales & BD is responsible for acquiring and ensuring the success of enterprise restaurant and non-restaurant merchants on the Wolt platform. We engage with our merchants at the level of maximum impact (global, regional, and local), and as a global leadership team we provide the full relationship context and executive oversight required to optimize for global outcomes, inclusive of DoorDash. This team is a hybrid strategy and sales organization, responsible for setting the strategic direction that cascades to local enterprise teams and building relationships directly with our key Enterprise partners.
What you’ll be doing
We’re looking for a strategic and execution-focused leader to drive the next chapter of Wolt’s Enterprise business. This role will oversee three critical pillars — Enterprise Restaurants, Enterprise New Verticals, and Enterprise Strategy & Operations — and play a central role in scaling our team, deepening partner relationships, and defining how Enterprise fits into Wolt’s long-term commercial model.
In the first 90 days, you’ll focus on building trust with your team and key stakeholders, auditing our current approach, and shaping a clear vision for the future. Within the first 6–12 months, you’ll be accountable for strengthening team structure and execution, launching foundational processes, and influencing internal priorities across Product, Analytics, and Market leadership.
You will report into Wolt’s VP of Merchant Operations.

Responsibilities

Set the vision and structure for Wolt’s Enterprise business, spanning Restaurants, New Verticals, and Strategy & Operations, with clear goals and accountability mechanisms
Scale and lead high-performing teams across functions, including hiring, enablement, and developing future leaders to extend Enterprise coverage and capabilities
Drive strategic partner outcomes, from monetization of global restaurant brands to building the foundation for non-restaurant vertical growth
Build alignment and visibility across Wolt and DoorDash, serving as the connective tissue between local teams in 30+ countries, product, analytics, and executive stakeholders
Translate vision into action through rigorous planning, goal-setting, and cross-functional collaboration on the highest-impact Enterprise initiatives
Our humble expectations
You have 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships, with a strong track record of owning and closing complex commercial deals
You’ve led and scaled multi-layered go-to-market teams, driving clarity and performance across sales, account management, and strategy functions
You bring experience managing cross-market relationships in a fragmented European landscape, navigating local nuances while driving toward unified outcomes
You’re skilled at influencing cross-functional teams, including Product, Analytics, and regional Ops, and can align diverse stakeholders around shared goals
You’re a strategic communicator who can craft vision, build trust with executives, and translate high-level direction into actionable plans
