JOB SUMMARY

We are a forward-thinking organization building cutting-edge software products designed to enhance Developer Experience, Platform Engineering, Quality Engineering, DevSecOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). Our mission is to deliver products and tools that empower development teams, enhance system reliability, and ensure security at scale.
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Technical Product to lead the product strategy and development for our portfolio of software applications and services. This role requires a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by developers, platform engineers, security professionals, and SRE teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development and delivery of innovative products that accelerate the adoption of best practices in modern software development, operations, and security.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience (15+ years) in product management with a focus on technical products, especially in the areas of Developer Experience, Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, SRE, or Quality Engineering
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex software architectures, development practices, and operational workflows
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving product innovation in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • A customer-first mindset with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by modern engineering teams
    The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
    United States - Redwood City Office GHQ : 223,000 - 335,000 USD / Annual
    United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 202,000 - 304,000 USD / Annual
    Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
    The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for products related to Developer Experience, Platform Engineering, Quality Engineering, DevSecOps, and SRE
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, security, and customer success teams to prioritize and deliver features that address both internal and customer needs
  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation to execution, ensuring the products meet quality, security, and scalability standards
  • Drive the development of tools and solutions that improve the speed, efficiency, and reliability of software development and operations
  • Build a data-driven approach to product decision-making, using customer feedback, market analysis, and technical insights to inform priorities
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends, practices, and technologies
  • Serve as the technical product leader and thought partner to executives, stakeholders, and customers
