The Opportunity …:
As the Senior Director of Human Resources for the APAC region, you will report to the EVP and Chief - Human Resources Officer. You will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across all facets of the HR team. You will design and accomplish regionally aligned HR strategies, policies, and programs that inspire organizational performance, employee engagement, and cultural cohesion across multiple countries and sites.
You will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to regional business leaders, ensuring the seamless integration of HR programs with goals. Important areas of focus include talent acquisition and development, organizational design, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and learning and development. You will also promote change management efforts and internal communications to support business transformation and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 15+ years of human resource experience within Gobal companies in industrial and technology industries.
  • Experience partnering with a leadership team to lead lasting change.
  • Experience developing talent planning processes to support a focused growth strategy.
  • Experience delivering customer-focused HR services, including recruiting, compensation and benefits, organizational development, performance management, and employment law compliance.
  • Experience creating and deploying a strategy·
  • Global work experience; specifically in APAC.
