EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Information Technology or related field Required
  • Master’s Degree Business Administration or Information Technology Preferred

EXPERIENCE

  • At least ten (10) years progressively increasing responsibility as a functional and technical subject matter expert in Information Technology or Human Resources Information technology within large, a complex organization Required
  • At least seven (7) years progressive leadership experience in a large, complex organization Required
  • Healthcare or related experience Preferred

  • HR domain knowledge and experience
  • Proficiency using MS Office applications including MS Access, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Project management skills, knowledge, and experience to effectively interact and collaborate successfully with all levels

Responsibilities
  • Accountable for strategy, deployment, operations, vendor management, governance and compliance for ~50 distinct HR applications with over 300 integration points, supporting a 30,000K workforce.
  • Manages 5 – 8 major capital projects per year.
  • Collaborates within Human Resources and with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders throughout the enterprise to:
  • Develop, manage, coach, motivate a high performing team of 10 - 15 people with operating budget of ~$4M. Continue to grow team’s consultative skills; evolve team into agile, trusted business partners. Perform general management duties including (but not limited to): budgeting and expense, performance & productivity, reporting, and compliance.
  • Active member of the HR Community of Practice. Build and maintain relationships with key leaders across CHOP; be recognized as a thought leader, and trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with Digital Technology Services, Finance, and others to assess, select, implement, and leverage enterprise systems. Represent HR on steering committees and governance bodies. Manage and refine reliable, scalable infrastructure for optimal candidate, employee, and manager experiences.
  • Accountable for HR footprint including support model, internal/external integrations, managing third-party relationships and vendors. Ensure return on investment for HR related systems. Accountable for domain security, governance, data definitions, integrity, quality, reporting, analytics. Influences data-driven decision making.
  • Directs program management, resource management, and project management. Ensure strong product ownership and effective release of features and functionality, user experience to address operational needs.
