Reports To: VP, Franchise Leadership
Primary Job Location: (USA) Candidates must be currently located in or willing to relocate to the Salt Lake City, Utah area.
Travel: This role requires 25 – 50% travel, with an expectation to be in the office 3 days a week.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is preferred.
Preferred Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in franchise operations or a similar leadership role within the CPG industry.

This position is a pivotal role responsible for territories within a Top 10 NAOU bottler as well as Mainstream bottlers. You will provide strategic oversight and leadership within an assigned geographical and bottler territory(ies)
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in franchise operations, commercial strategy, and cross-functional leadership. You will serve as the primary Coca-Cola representative to bottler leadership, driving alignment, execution, and performance across key business objectives, including topline growth, market share, and volume. This role requires a strong command of franchise functional skills, including system economics, commercial execution, business planning, and value creation. Pay Range:$169,000 - $196,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
