REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient spoken and written command of English
• At least 15-year experience in IT
• 12 years of experience in relevant area
• 10 years of experience in team management including professional grade

PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION:

The Senior director Information Security Architect is responsible for the selection, design, justification, implementation and operation of controls and management strategies to maintain the security, confidentiality, integrity, availability, accountability, and relevant compliance of information systems with legislation, regulation, and relevant standards.
The primary focus of the role is to set the Information security strategy domain strategy, roadmap 3-5 years, review existing technologies against strategy & roadmap, create solution designs/standards/patterns, acting as the subject matter expert and guiding the design to meet the overall objectives for the information security domain.
In this role Information security strategy, technology roadmap and secure by design are combined with the delivery teams responsible for the execution of the Infosec program to ensure the implementation of security controls and transformation.
