QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related major.
• 10+ years of proven experience in business development and/or infrastructure project management.
• 10+ years of experience within metals and mining in the Middle East region.
• The ideal candidate will have prior experience in consulting firms, with strong business acumen, a self-started, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Availability for travel.
• Ability to facilitate analyses to guide project delivery, proposing action plans and demonstrating confidence in decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate to senior members of target management, client representatives and colleagues
• Highly analytical and problem-solving mind-set
• Strong project management and negotiation skills
• Team-oriented personality
• Motivated and effective in a fast-paced and dynamic culture
