We are seeking a Senior Director to lead the Strategic Vision for IAT including developing and executing integrated communications frameworks and plans. This role demands a strategic thinker who understands when, where, and how to motivate audiences to act in ways that drive business impact for our clients. The Senior Director will work closely with internal teams, cross-agency partners including influencer, creative, and PR agencies, and marketplace stakeholders to bring strategies to life with empathy and cultural insight. Key Responsibilities - Develop and lead the integrated communications strategy and framework aligned with client’s brand vision and business objectives. - Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to extract actionable insights that influence strategic direction and client outcomes. - Partner cross-functionally internally and with media, creative, influencer, and PR agency teams to ensure seamless execution of holistic marketing plans. - Inspire and lead teams and partners to uniquely leverage media, content, and culture to create innovative brand experiences that resonate with diverse audiences. - Serve as a thought leader and champion a collaborative “one-team” approach from initial brief through to post-campaign measurement. - Navigate the evolving communications and digital landscape, leveraging new technologies, emerging media, and cultural trends. - Manage and grow client relationships with a personal and solutions-oriented approach, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with strategic goals. - Provide inspiring leadership, mentoring, and development opportunities to team members, promoting innovation and professional growth. Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (advanced degree a plus). - 10+ years experience in integrated communications/media planning with a strong emphasis on strategic framework development. - Proven success in implementing holistic communications strategies that integrate creative, paid, earned media, CRM, digital content, and local activations. - Demonstrated ability to translate key insights into big ideas and actionable communications strategies. - Experience working collaboratively within integrated agency teams, including influencer, creative, and PR disciplines. - Experience handling large, fast-paced clients, preferably with beauty/skincare brands. - Strong leadership skills with a track record in managing and growing teams. - Advanced understanding of media fundamentals, data analytics, and measurement, with comfort navigating ambiguity and change. - Deep passion for consumer culture, trends, and motivations underpinning human behavior and brand engagement. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range $120,000—$230,000 USD This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
