EDUCATION:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business or engineering (master’s degree or MBA would be a plus).
EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years of experience in a market management, business management or segment strategy role within the food, beverage, beauty, personal care and/or home care industries.
- 10+ years of management experience with a focus on leading a team to drive strategic business plans and deliver targeted results.
- Significant track record in the development and execution of an aggressive strategic sales and marketing plan targeted at capitalizing on the existing client base coupled with the ability to execute against the plan.

- Strong financial acumen with deep experience in forecasting and prior experience creating, owning, and executing strategies that drive membership growth.
