JOB PURPOSE:
The Senior Director of Marketing APAC is responsible for developing and executing the regional marketing strategy for ADP in close partnership with APAC Sales and the broader ADP ESI Marketing team. He/She identifies opportunities for local value creation; then builds and executes the strategy and tactics to capture this value. Current geographic scope includes Australia, China, India, SE Asia and Singapore.
It is a complex matrix role, covering diverse markets of differing maturity with a strong focus on growth. The successful applicant will be a practical, ‘hands-on’ leader marrying good strategic insight with strong executional skills. He/she will lead a small but mighty team (a combination of direct local reports and dotted-line global resource) that is already in place and having a tangible impact on business performance. There is direct budget accountability in region and as a member of the ADP ESI Marketing Leadership Team they will also help shape our wider global approach.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, this role is pivotal to accelerating growth across the APAC region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Director of Marketing APAC is the key marketing partner for the regional DVP Sales and regional President; ensuring that both marketing plan and execution supports the country and regional business objectives in line with the wider ESI marketing strategy.
