• You have a proven track record in creating and executing strategic marketing plans that are directly aligned with business priorities and goals, driving significant growth in business opportunities, and delivering measurable results against KPIs.
• You are a strong, strategic thinker and problem solver who leverages a combination of data and creativity to develop plans that address specific business challenges and drive Area-level focus.
• You can effectively engage, influence, and mobilize stakeholders at various levels within a large, matrixed organization through your relationship-building skills and strong executive presence.
• You have demonstrated the ability to design, plan, and lead the execution of high-impact, creative marketing initiatives and programs that are in clear alignment with both global and Area-specific business strategies.
• You have experience leading and managing a team of marketers, with the ability to both provide strategic direction and “roll up your sleeves” to ensure projects are executed with precision and aligned with strategic goals.

Leading a team of Field Marketers, the Senior Director will ensure that every marketing effort is not only tightly integrated but also directly supports the specific needs and priorities of the EMEA and LATAM regions, fostering growth and bolstering our regional business objectives.As an integral part of the EMEA and LATAM leadership team, this individual will collaborate with key stakeholders across the sales organization and marketing ecosystem to develop, refine, and execute a GTM strategy and omnichannel marketing plan that are both globally aligned and locally resonant.
