Since our inception more than 20 years ago, our focus has been on developing and commercializing transformative therapies for chronic eye diseases. The core platform technology, Encapsulated Cell Therapy (ECT), is a first-in-class drug delivery platform designed to slow the progression of chronic eye diseases. Neurotech’s first commercial product, ENCELTOTM (revakinagene taroretcel-lwey), is approved in the United States for the treatment of adults with idiopathic Macular Telangiectasia Type 2 (MacTel). Encapsulated cell-based gene therapy is designed to provide long-term, sustained delivery of therapeutic proteins for the treatment of chronic eye diseases.  We are seeking a Senior Director of National Accounts, who will work closely with the VP of Market Access to execute the overall brand strategy and planning for launch as it relates to market access and the payer environment, as well as lead the Director of National accounts team. This includes working with cross-functional colleagues to profile the payer landscape, develop and execute payer research, develop strategies to achieve product access goals, plan for product launch, and create payer messaging and pull-through tactics to enhance brand performance. This role will be responsible for operationalizing all aspects of Market Access strategy, including implementing processes informed by best practices, vendor management, and contract execution. This is a remote position. Job Requirements * Lead and Manage the Director of National account team, and evolution of payer access strategies that maximize patient access to the brand * Develop strong value communication platform and messaging by collaborating with cross-functional colleagues including brand team, market access leadership, pricing and contracting, HEOR, etc. * Develop and gain access strategies across the US payment system that effectively communicates the payer value story * Oversee both overarching and day-to-day management, contract execution, supported by the business rules, KPIs and success factors to understand areas of continued improvement * Ensure ongoing monitoring of distribution initiatives as relates to IDN, payer and government accounts dispensing, SP network objectives and reimbursement support strategies * Support program designs in partnership with Legal and Compliance partners to ensure full compliance in all programs and offerings while increasing and improving access to care   Education & Experience * Bachelor's degree required * A minimum of 10 years of experience in market access, payer marketing, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry * Proven track record of developing and implementing successful market access strategies * Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including payer dynamics, pricing and reimbursement, and health policy Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Demonstrated proactive, creative and entrepreneurial approach * Launch experience for rare indications and ophthalmology experience preferred * Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and adapt to evolving market dynamics * Strong understanding of medical devices, surgical procedures, and clinical applications * Highly curious and analytical mind, with strong ability to synthesize, glean insight and propose direction from market and scientific data; demonstrated ability to build successful and innovative strategy * Proven ability to collaborate, lead and manage cross-functionally to drive business results in a heavily matrixed, fast-paced environment; demonstrated success in partnering with the Medical Affairs and Sales organizations * Outstanding project and budget management skills and experience managing multiple vendors, marketing partners and agency partners  Neurotech Pharmaceuticals provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
