What Will You Do?
As the Senior Digital Marketing Account Director, you’ll be at the helm of both creative strategy and client success. Your role will include:
- Overseeing and guiding the development of innovative digital marketing strategies with our expert teams across SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email campaigns, and more to meet client objectives.
- Managing client relationships alongside the account managers, ensuring strong partnerships and satisfaction.
- Leveraging analytics to assess campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Leading a talented team of account strategists/managers, guiding them to successfully execute campaigns and projects that exceed client expectations.
- Collaborating across teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Putting out fires and managing challenges, demonstrating your ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive client experience.

Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in a creative agency or digital marketing environment.
- Expertise in all aspects of digital marketing: SEO, PPC, social media, email campaigns, and more.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to communicate creative ideas and strategies effectively.
