Position Summary:
The Senior Director of Analytics Services leads the enterprise-wide Center of Excellence for analytics, fostering a culture of data-driven, patient-centered decision-making. This strategic leader oversees interdisciplinary teams responsible for data warehousing, analytics, data modeling, integration, and database administration. The role is pivotal in aligning analytics initiatives with organizational goals, enhancing business performance through actionable insights, and driving the adoption of advanced analytics and self-service capabilities across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of ten (10) years experience in analytics or related business functions.

• Minimum of five (5) years experience in senior leadership roles managing cross-functional teams such as Business Intelligence and data analysts, report writers, statisticians, DBAs and data scientists.
• Proven experience with Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), analytics, data modelling, cloud computing platforms, systems and technologies.

• Build and scale an enterprise analytics practice in partnership with service line leaders.
• Align reporting and analytics to organizational goals and KPI’s.
• Drive adoption of visualization standards and analytics best practices.
• Mentor analytics teams and promote self-service analytics.
• Responsible for data-driven decision making by overseeing analytics strategy.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy that supports business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance business performance through data-driven insights.
• Lead the development and deployment of business intelligence tools and dashboards.
• Ensure that analytics solutions provide actionable insights and improve decision-making.
• Oversee the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance tracking models.
• Implement advanced analytics techniques to optimize operations, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
• Ensure seamless integration of analytics solutions with enterprise data platforms.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and AI.
• Collaborate with IT, data engineering and business leaders to align analytics initiatives with overall data strategy.
• Align analytics practices with data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
• Establish data quality standards and monitoring processes to improve analytics reliability.
• Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
• Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
• Develop relationships with other institutions and industries to stay current on best practices and trends in the rapidly evolving field of analytics.
