JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director of Client Services to lead our client engagement function, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong relationships, and measurable impact across our portfolio. This leadership role will oversee client strategy, account growth, team leadership, and operational excellence.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

  • 10+ years of experience in client services, account leadership, or strategic marketing—preferably within recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, or employer branding.
  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition, employer value propositions (EVPs), programmatic job advertising, and digital media.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proven success managing large-scale enterprise clients or complex multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to mentor, inspire, and grow teams.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital media, paid social, programmatic advertising, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms, recruitment technologies, and candidate journey optimization is a plus.
