The Senior Director of Consulting is a dynamic, strategic leader responsible for overseeing Mark-Taylor’s consulting services, including Tenant Source, Mark-Taylor Academy, ION (Integrated Operations Network), Pre-Development and Development, Marketing & Public Relations and Centralization. This role owns the full consulting lifecycle - sales strategy, service delivery, client satisfaction, and business growth. As the face of consulting, this leader drives revenue, deepens client partnerships, and ensures our solutions deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute long-term consulting strategies aligned with enterprise goals, serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on market trends and innovation.
  • Lead end-to-end sales efforts, including lead generation, contract negotiation, and client relationship management to drive revenue and business growth.
  • Oversee high-quality execution of consulting engagements, creating scalable frameworks, service agreements, and tools that ensure consistency and profitability.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, contribute to strategic publications, and elevate the company’s presence as a thought leader in the multifamily consulting space.
  • Collaborate across departments to align with consulting initiatives with operational goals, ensuring implementation success and enterprise-wide impact.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing consulting team with a focus on accountability, innovation, and succession planning.
  • Manage budgets, forecast performance, and optimize resources to ensure financial health and operational efficiency of the consulting division.
