Required Qualifications

  • 15–20+ years of hands-on leadership in Data Governance, Privacy, or MDM in regulated environments.
  • Proven track record in implementing CCPA/GDPR compliance, privacy policies, and DSR workflows.
  • Experience launching enterprise-wide MDM and data quality programs.
  • Demonstrated leadership in building cross-functional teams and navigating product delivery in agile contexts.
  • Strong collaboration history across legal, risk, engineering, and UX domains.
  • Exceptional communication and ability to simplify technical concepts for varied audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in healthcare, aging services, or non-profit sectors.
  • Familiarity with PACE operations or interdisciplinary patient care models.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive enterprise data and AI strategy aligned with business goals
  • Drive the vision for a modern data ecosystem that supports advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI use cases
  • Architect and champion a comprehensive Data Governance framework across the organization.
  • Lead enterprise-wide Data Privacy efforts, ensuring compliance with key regulations such as CCPA, GDPR and HIPAA.
  • Define and operationalize Master Data Management (MDM) and metadata standards to maintain high data quality.
  • Implement privacy programs and manage Data Subject Request (DSR) workflows.
  • Partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to align policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain audit readiness, ensuring robust data security and trail documentation.
  • Define a strategic data product roadmap—from zero to one—focused on user- and mission-centered outcomes.
  • Translate complex business needs into simplified, compliant, and user-friendly data products.
  • Serve as the key liaison across Clinical, Finance, Legal, and IT to enable data-driven insights and care excellence.
  • Utilize automation, dashboards, and metadata tools to empower transparency and decision-making.
  • Enable rapid delivery of data solutions that enhance care workflows and participant outcomes.
