Our team is comprised of leaders in value-based health care, technology and behavioral science who share a vision for advancing health equity one relationship at a time.   Our interprofessional care teams, which include physicians, nurses, social workers, and patient navigators, provide high-touch and comprehensive care to a small panel of patients.  Team collaboration is essential to our intensive, psycho-social model of care which includes assessment, medication management, social management, and behavioral health management.  Job Description  We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Director of Analytics & Data to lead our data and analytics function to drive insights that power business decisions. This role will oversee the enterprise databases, data strategy, analytics, and reporting, partnering cross-functionally with leaders and key stakeholders.  This is not a purely managerial role. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who will personally write SQL and analytical code, not just oversee it—regularly querying datasets, creating reports, validating reporting logic, and resolving data issues while partnering with operational, finance, clinical, other technology teams, and executive leadership teams.  This individual will own the development of analytics that directly influence company performance across value-based care contracts, including medical expense management, utilization trends, quality performance, risk adjustment, patient engagement, and operational efficiency.  The ideal candidate understands how healthcare financial performance is measured in managed care environments and can translate raw claims, eligibility, clinical, and operational data into actionable insights.  Duties and Responsibilities * Mange and execute the company-wide data and analytics strategy aligned with business goals  * Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of analytics and data management initiatives.  * Develop and deliver regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into performance, trends, and opportunities across the organization.  * Identify areas for improvement and work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven performance improvement strategies.  * Drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics models, algorithms, and techniques to uncover valuable insights from data.  * Serve as a liaison between clinical, operations and technology teams to ensure that operational and analytic data is clearly defined and communicated  * Build strong relationships with stakeholders and have a deep understanding of their data challenges and objectives  * Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership   * Lead, and mentor a high-performing data and analytics team   * Oversee data architecture, pipelines, and BI tools   * Ensure scalability, reliability, and accessibility of data systems   * Support value-based care analytics, including engagement, quality measures, medical expense, utilization, and clinical outcomes  Requirements  * 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence   * 5+ years in a leadership role   * Experience in value-based care, or population health required  * Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and analytics platforms   * Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes   * Ability to translate data into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders      #LI-Remote
