Position: Senior Director of Development and Donor Engagement  Location: Hartford, CT Salary: $90,00-$110,000 Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings/weekends Reports To: President & CEO Why Join Harc? What You’ll Do As a key member of Harc’s leadership team, you will: * Drive Philanthropy Strategy: Design and execute an annual Development Plan that fuels organizational growth. * Lead Donor Engagement: Build and steward relationships with individual donors, major gift prospects, foundations, and corporate partners. * Oversee Grants & Events: Manage grants lifecycle and lead signature events like Harc’s Gala and Walk N Roll. * Shape Our Story: Oversee Marketing and Communication Manager to deliver compelling campaigns, donor communications, and brand-aligned messaging. * Inspire & Lead: Supervise a talented team (Events Manager, Marketing and Communications Manager, and Grant Writer) and engage board committees to amplify impact.
