Description General Purpose: The Senior Director of Digital Discipleship serves and leads the vision and strategy for helping people grow in their faith through digital platforms. This role exists to create clear, engaging, and effective online pathways that support spiritual growth and connection beyond in-person gatherings. Key Responsibilities Vision & Strategy ? Develop and lead the digital discipleship strategy aligned with the church’s mission and vision ? Identify and implement effective ways to reach and disciple people through digital platforms ? Continuously evaluate and improve digital engagement and spiritual growth pathways Digital Discipleship Environments ? Oversee online discipleship opportunities such as devotionals, next steps, courses, and digital resources ? Ensure clear and accessible pathways for people to grow spiritually online ? Support the integration of digital and in-person discipleship experiences Content & Platform Leadership ? Oversee digital content across platforms including social media, email, apps, and other tools ? Partner with Creative Arts and ministry leaders to ensure consistent messaging and engagement ? Ensure all content is aligned, timely, and effective Team Leadership & Development ? Build a healthy, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture ? Provide direction, feedback, and ongoing development Performance & Growth ? Track engagement, participation, and effectiveness of digital discipleship efforts ? Use data and feedback to improve strategy and execution ? Identify opportunities to expand reach and impact Requirements Qualifications: ? Mature follower of Jesus Christ with a heart for digital ministry and communications ? Experience with social media or digital content ? Familiarity with digital platforms (social media, email tools, church apps, etc.) ? Strong organization and communication skills ? Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines ?
