JOB SUMMARY

Working as a Senior Director of Dining Services, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a healthcare dining account with a small patient dining population, a full retail cafe with $800-1,000 in daily sales and some caterings. The retail cafe is soon to install self-checkout. You will manage and lead a team of around 15 associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the patients and customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
  • Required: Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or willingness to obtain CDM within 18 months
  • Three to five years of foodservice operation experience, culinary experience is a plus, union environment experience is a plus
  • High volume food production and catering experience is essential
  • Previous experience managing a budget
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, client, employees as well as other departments
  • Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
  • Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
