Responsibilities:

  • Lead MCHT’s financial strategy, investments, and budgeting in support of our long-term goals.
  • Guide strategic vision and resource planning with senior leadership
  • Manage Finance & Administration team, setting goals, developing and enhancing performance
  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and organizational workplans
  • Prepare materials and participate key Board committees
  • Oversee human resources, IT systems, and organizational infrastructure with a lens toward development, innovation, equity, and resilience.
  • Collaborate with staff, board members, and stakeholders to build a strong, adaptive organization.
  • Champion inclusive leadership, cultivating a workplace where people from all backgrounds feel valued, supported, and empowered.
  • Foster collaboration across departments and represent organizational values
  • Support special projects and executive initiatives

Qualifications:

You are an experienced financial leader who thrives in mission-driven environments. You bring a deep understanding of strategic finance, operations, and organizational stewardship — and you’re passionate about building strong teams and equitable systems.

  • BS in Accounting, Finance or Business with 7+ years in a successful non-profit leadership position
  • Deep understanding of nonprofit GAAP and fund accounting.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills.
  • Experience with grant compliance and managing audits.
  • Proven experience leading and managing information technology, human resources, and facilities management for a multi-site organization.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills as well as highly developed planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
  • High emotional intelligence with a proven ability to supervise, mentor, inspire, and empower staff
  • Holds high ethical standards with an ability to make tough decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with computers, databases, and office software systems

Compensation Details:
The base salary range targeted for this role is $150,000-185,000. This salary range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications more than the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
