This strategic leadership role focuses on financial planning, reporting, and partner collaboration to support growth and operational alignment across multi-site operations. This role requires an onsite presence (Hybrid Schedule) in Cincinnati, OH.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SENIOR DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

• 10+ years of finance experience, including leadership roles in healthcare or multi-site settings
• Deep expertise in physician compensation, M&A, and strategic financial planning
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and leadership influence
• Bachelor’s in Finance or related field required; Master’s preferred

• Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting across a distributed provider network
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clinical and operational leaders on financial performance
• Oversee provider compensation modeling and advanced financial analysis
• Support M&A integration, practice onboarding, and expansion efforts
• Present financial insights to executive leadership and key external stakeholders
