SENIOR DIRECTOR OF FINANCE / REGIONAL CFO – SPECIALTY PRACTICE - UP TO $240K + 30%

A rapidly growing, PE-backed physician group is looking to hire a Senior Director of Finance (Regional CFO – Specialty Practice) to lead finance for their largest and most complex acquisition to date. This is a high-impact, high-visibility opportunity to work alongside physician and executive leadership—owning full P&L responsibility for a multi-state orthopedic practice platform. *1 to 2 days remote, 3 to 4 in office

REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years in healthcare finance; multisite or physician group experience required
• Experience with P&L ownership, physician comp models, and M&A integration
• Executive presence and strong communication skills; able to influence C-suite and clinical stakeholders
• Bachelor’s required; Master’s or CPA preferred

  Pay: $18,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cincinnati, OH 4520

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial integration efforts
• Oversee a team of regional finance leads and FP&A professionals
• Support M&A activities, physician compensation, and operational performance
• Partner with the OA CEO and report directly to the Group CFO – Specialty Practices
• Present financial results to internal leadership and physician boards
