What You’ll Do:
We are looking for an energetic and people-focused Senior Director of Human Resources to shape the future of our employee experience and help take our growing professional services firm to the next level. Our team thrives on collaboration, integrity, and the belief that great work starts with a great culture. In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives to support business objectives, foster a positive and inclusive work culture, and attract, retain, and develop top talent. This role requires a hands-on leader with the ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
You will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruiting, talent management and retention, employee training and development, benefits, performance management, and organizational culture and engagement.
