JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Director of Information Technology (IT) provides strategic and operational leadership of the company’s technology function, ensuring that IT systems, infrastructure, and services effectively support business objectives. This leader oversees IT strategy, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, vendor management, and service delivery. The Senior Director partners with executive leadership to align technology investments with organizational goals, while managing day-to-day IT operations to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years at the Director/Sr. Director level.
• Proven success leading IT strategy, operations, and project delivery in a mid to largesized organization.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, HRIS, CRM), and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Strong track record in vendor management, budgeting, and IT governance.
