Senior Director of Marketing  Location: IVI RMA North America Office or Remote Supervisor/Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer Status: Exempt Job Purpose The Senior Director of Marketing leads a multi-disciplinary U.S. marketing team responsible for driving growth, retention, and brand excellence across IVI RMA North America. This role oversees demand generation, brand and corporate marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, and cross-functional partnerships that advance the organization’s mission and patient-first vision. With deep healthcare marketing expertise, the Senior Director combines strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and operational discipline to elevate patient acquisition, loyalty, and advocacy. Partnering closely with leadership across Sales, Digital Marketing, Customer Success, HR, Clinical Operations, and key stakeholders, this role ensures marketing alignment with institutional priorities—anchored in urgency, focus, and consistency. Essential Functions and Accountabilities * Lead a high-performing marketing organization encompassing demand generation, brand and corporate marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, and event marketing. * Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy that integrates patient acquisition, retention, and brand trust through traditional and digital channels. * Oversee brand and corporate marketing including brand strategy and guidelines, public relations, corporate communications, sponsorships, and employer branding. * Guide demand generation initiatives using omni-channel tactics—radio, podcast, streaming, OTT, print, OOH (transit, mall, etc.)—to drive awareness and patient volume. * Direct customer lifecycle and advocacy programs including onboarding, engagement, retention, loyalty, and referral initiatives. * Build patient trust through storytelling—overseeing SEO-optimized, empathetic, and educational content across platforms, including video and social media. * Oversee event marketing and partnerships including conferences, industry events, national awareness campaigns, and executive experiences. * Ensure cross-functional collaboration by embedding marketing leads within Sales (enablement and feedback), Customer Success (retention campaigns), and HR (employer branding). * Manage brand reputation and community presence through PR outreach, local partnerships, award submissions, and patient testimonial development. * Establish KPIs and manage budgets to measure campaign performance, optimize ROI, and ensure accountability across all initiatives.  Supervisor Responsibilities * Leads with urgency—demonstrating decisiveness, proactive anticipation, and commitment to timely, effective execution. * Maintains focus through alignment with patient, brand, and institutional priorities—ensuring clarity in direction and outcomes. * Directs, mentors, and develops a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, accountability, and opportunities for growth across specialized disciplines. * Hires, trains, and equips team members with the tools, resources, and feedback needed for professional excellence and continuous improvement. * Oversees team operations including scheduling, performance management, and compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and labor regulations.
