Description We are seeking an accomplished, results-driven Senior Director of Marketing to lead and elevate our brand, digital presence, and go-to-market strategy. This role is ideal for a senior marketing leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, thrives in data-driven environments, and brings deep fluency across social media, digital marketing, and multi-channel campaigns. The Senior Director of Marketing will serve as the steward of our brand, a driver of growth, and a key partner to executive leadership. Experience within banking or financial services is highly valued, as this role will help translate complex offerings into compelling, compliant, and customer-centric marketing programs. Requirements Strategic Leadership & Brand Stewardship Own and evolve the organization’s brand strategy, ensuring consistency and differentiation across all channels and touchpoints Serve as the primary guardian of brand voice, messaging, and visual identity Lead integrated marketing strategies that support business growth, customer acquisition, and retention Digital, Social & Channel Fluency Lead digital marketing efforts including website strategy, paid media, SEO/SEM, and social media Develop and oversee a robust social media strategy that strengthens brand awareness, engagement, and reputation Ensure seamless alignment across owned, earned, and paid channels Data-Driven & Analytical Marketing Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics across all marketing initiatives Leverage data and insights to optimize campaigns, allocate budget, and drive ROI Translate analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for executive leadership Team & Cross-Functional Leadership Build, mentor, and lead a small internal marketing team and manage external agency partners, with opportunity to scale the function over time.
