As the Senior Director of Paid Social + TV at BetterHelp, you’ll join a diverse team of licensed clinicians, engineers, product pros, creatives, marketers, and business leaders who share a passion for expanding access to therapy. REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10–15+ years of media experience with deep expertise in both paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and TV (linear, streaming, or programmatic) on a global scale.
  • Proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering against performance and brand goals.
  • Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and developing direct reports.
  • Excellent collaboration skills — especially with Finance, Creative, and Data.
  • Fluency with marketing analytics, attribution, lift studies, MMM, and incrementality testing.
  • Experience working in DTC, healthcare, or subscription models is a plus.
  • Passion for mental health and making care more accessible to all.
