• You will lead the "Software Platform" department, consisting of several development teams, and manage your team leaders (m/f/d) both disciplinarily and technically.You are responsible for the design and implementation of a modular software platform that serves as the technical foundation for all software products in the area.You actively shape the strategic direction of the entire area and contribute your expertise to long-term technology planning.You foster a high-performing, collaborative and innovation-driven team culture and develop your managers through targeted coaching and mentoring.You establish and maintain successful working relationships with technology teams, product management, and application and market segment groups.You manage external service providers and ensure high quality and efficiency in the implementation of projects.You actively drive change processes and promote agile working methods as well as continuous improvement within your organizational unit.
