CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Track record of shipping innovative products with quantifiable success metrics and substantial user impact
• Technical aptitude with the ability to leverage Python and AI-assisted tools for rapid prototyping (formal coding experience not required)
• Demonstrated proficiency with generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Cursor, Devin, etc.) for product development and workflow optimization
• Expert in gathering and synthesizing user insights through direct research and observation
• Strong analytical capabilities with a proven history of data-informed decision making
• Successful experience leading and inspiring development teams to excellence
• Superior communication abilities across written and verbal channels, with a talent for maintaining stakeholder alignment
