We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Director of Product Management to lead the vision, execution, and evolution of cybersecurity products in a fast-growing, innovative environment. This role combines high-level strategic leadership with hands-on product management, allowing you to define the roadmap, guide feature development, and directly influence the customer experience. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, engineering, and cross-functional teams to translate company goals into actionable product initiatives. Accountabilities: Define and communicate a clear, actionable product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company objectives. Build business cases for new capabilities, integrations, and market opportunities. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and iteration. Partner with engineering, R&D, and cross-functional teams to validate feasibility, guide development priorities, and support sprint execution. Incorporate customer and partner feedback into product evolution, ensuring products deliver measurable value and exceptional experiences. Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and inform strategic roadmap decisions. Mentor and develop product managers and cross-functional contributors, fostering a culture of accountability, clarity, and execution excellence. 8+ years of experience in product management, product design, or business analysis in agile environments. 4+ years leading product or cross-functional teams. 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably within MSSP, MDR, or enterprise security contexts. Proven track record of launching products from concept through delivery in fast-paced, startup or high-growth environments. Strong understanding of security architectures, threat analysis, and SOC operations. Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging technical depth with business impact. Data-driven decision-making and entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously while maintaining alignment with executive leadership.
