Senior Director of Reentry Operations   Regional Leader | Statewide Florida   Location: Statewide Florida --- Reentry centers located in Kissimmee, Jacksonville, Bartow, and Tarpon Springs Compensation: Commensurate with experience FLSA Status: Exempt Department: Operations Reports To: Chief Operations Officer   This Is Not a Traditional Director Role This is a regional-level leadership opportunity for a proven operator ready to step into a high-impact, high-visibility role.   You will serve as a key operational partner to the COO, leading and strengthening reentry operations across Florida. This role is designed for someone who can step in with strong leadership experience, stabilize operations, lead leaders, and help scale the future of our reentry division.   If you’ve led multiple residential programs, facilities, or sites - and are ready to take the next step into executive-level leadership - this is your opportunity.   What You’ll Do Lead a Division, Not Just a Program * Provide oversight of multiple reentry centers across Florida * Lead and develop Facility Directors (leaders of leaders) * Drive consistency, accountability, and operational excellence statewide Stabilize, Strengthen, and Scale Operations * Identify operational gaps and implement corrective strategies quickly * Standardize processes, staffing models, and performance expectations across sites * Lead efforts to improve outcomes, efficiency, and culture alignment Own Compliance, Performance & Accountability * Ensure strong oversight of: * Licensing, audits, and regulatory requirements (DOC, DCF, or equivalent) * Contract expectations and reporting accuracy * Monitor: * Performance metrics * Staffing stability * Operational trends and risks * Drive corrective action planning and follow-through Partner at the Executive Level * Serve as a strategic extension of the COO * Provide insight on: * Operational risks * Growth opportunities * System-wide improvements * Support the scaling and evolution of the reentry model Lead Culture & Mission Alignment * Reinforce AMEND principles across all sites * Build strong, accountable leadership teams * Promote a culture of: * Ownership * Consistency * Rehabilitative engagement What We’re Looking For Non-Negotiables * Proven experience leading multiple sites, programs, or facilities * Experience managing leaders (not just front-line staff) * Direct experience with: * Compliance, audits, or licensing environments * Performance management and operational accountability * Ability to: * Step into complex environments * Identify issues quickly * Execute solutions effectively Preferred Backgrounds We are intentionally open to leaders from:   Corrections / Reentry (Preferred): * DOC, BOP, private corrections, or reentry programs OR   Multi-Site Residential Leadership (Strongly Considered): * DCF-licensed residential programs * Behavioral health / substance use treatment networks * Group home or transitional housing systems If you’ve successfully led multiple residential programs in Florida, we want to talk to you.   Additional Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) * 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience * Strong operational, compliance, and leadership skillset * Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Work Environment & Travel * Statewide travel across Florida is required * Primary regions: Kissimmee, Bartow, Tarpon Springs, and Jacksonville * Company vehicle eligible * Must be comfortable operating in regulated, high-accountability environments Why This Role Matters This role is critical to the success of our organization.
