Senior Director of Residential Services                    Lead with Purpose. Make a Lasting Impact.           Supervised By: Senior Vice President of Programs Schedule: The days and hours for this position are based on the operational needs of the program.  Generally, this is a 40-hour-per-week position; however, flexibility in scheduling is required. CCARC is seeking a compassionate, strategic, and hands-on leader to oversee our Residential Services Program supporting individuals with intellectual  and developmental disabilities. In this senior leadership role, you will guide residential operations, mentor leadership teams, ensure quality care and compliance, and help create meaningful living environments where individuals can thrive. This position is ideal for someone passionate about human services, team development, and making a direct impact in the lives of others while leading a  large-scale residential program with purpose and integrity. Key Responsibilities Lead and support Assistant Directors, Managers, and Residential teams Oversee residential homes, staffing, operations, compliance, and participant care Foster a positive, person-centered culture aligned with CCARC’s mission and values Collaborate across departments to ensure safe, high-quality residential services Participate in strategic planning, program development, audits, licensing, and operational improvements Provide leadership during emergency and on-call situations Build strong relationships with families, DDS, staff, and community partners What We’re Looking For: Strong leadership and supervisory experience Passion for supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Ability to lead teams, problem solve, and manage multiple residential programs Experience with compliance, staff development, budgeting, and residential operations preferred Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Why Join CCARC?
