REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 10 years of senior sales leadership experience in fintech, payments, or related sectors.
  • Strong track record of winning and growing large enterprise or institutional accounts , ideally across multiple markets.
  • Deep commercial understanding of payment systems, remittance, or digital financial services .
  • Proven ability to lead multi-regional teams , influence senior stakeholders, and manage complex deal cycles.
  • Comfortable with P&L ownership, international expansion, and navigating fast-evolving market dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
