Key Accountabilities: Partner with VP/SVP of Sales and cross functional teams to drive company's strategic initiatives Work directly with the VP/SVP of Sales and sales team on retailer strategy and execution, delivery of sales goals, and post-mortem analysis Oversee all aspects of account management, including brand strategy, pricing models and inventory management Develop and execute three-year financial plans, including pricing and seasonal strategies, by retailer Responsible for organizing all market appointments, client trips, and presentation preparation Partner with the VP/SVP of Sales to provide updated data for all corporate licensing meetings Manage monthly sales performance by account (including sales booked and shipped) to ensure goals are being met and provide competitive market analysis by category Partner with Merchandising and Design to identify new product opportunities Collaborate with the Visual/Marketing team to position brand properly from an in-store perspective Work cross-functionally with Planning, Brand Management and Sales teams on account analysis to optimize results Utilize breadth of knowledge to improve systems, process, and efficiency within function Partner cross functionally to improve systems, process, and efficiency across the organization to streamline the business Propose and execute strategic opportunities to be best in class and drive departmental growth/newness Recruit, train, develop and manage the performance of all team employees as assigned Travel to account(s) as required to present product, strategy and financial targets for seasonal sell-in Special projects as assigned Requirements Required Skills/Abilities/Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration or related field 10+ years of experience in the wholesale fashion industry Ability to travel as needed (up to 40%) Strong communication, presentation and organization skills Must be a strategic thinker, persuasive and collaborative Ability to lead and motivate sales team Ability to understand, interpret and execute the brand’s needs Consistent in-office presence is vital to the role as it is for all Haddad Brands team members, so that we all have a full appreciation, aesthetically and tactilely, of the qualities that define our brand partners’ products and set them apart from their competitors.
