The incumbent plays a key role in managing and optimizing the company’s operations and administrative functions. Under the supervision of the VP General Manager, he is responsible for production, and for the coordination of the Pavemetrics management framework. Skillful and organized by nature, he coaches and supervises the work of the Production Supervisor and the person in charge of strategic purchasing. It also ensures the continuous improvement of these people and their productivity. Leading the coordination of the management framework with the CEO, the incumbent ensures its efficiency and production of the necessary reports of the business unit in the Eddyfi group. He works closely with the DG and Senior Directors to deliver on strategic priorities.
