JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Director, Operations and Strategy serves as a partner to the Chair and other members of the Department senior leadership team across the mission pillars for the School and Department, with a focus on department operations, budget development and financial reporting, and staff development. In partnership with the Chair and other senior leaders, contribute to the strategy, build and maintain the programs, ensure appropriate fiduciary stewardship and operational excellence, and help steer the direction for the Department.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Ten (10) years of relevant experience in healthcare operations and strategy.
- Proven track record of leadership and management in a healthcare setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 15 years of relevant experience, including senior leadership roles.
- Experience in a large healthcare system or similar environment.
