POSITION DESCRIPTION

As a key member of the EMEA HR Leadership Team, the Director, Organizational Effectiveness & Capability will lead the development and deployment of strategies that align organizational structure, processes, people, and culture with long-term business goals. This role is pivotal in ensuring high returns on human capital investments by fostering a high-performing organization. The Director will drive organizational assessment, design, and health monitoring across the EMEA region, while building capabilities in job design, talent activation, team effectiveness, and change management.
This position partners closely with senior HR leaders and executives across the continent to deliver high-impact, strategic initiatives that enhance organizational performance and transformation

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Graduate degree (MS/MBA) in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field preferred.
  • 10–12 years of experience in organizational effectiveness and process design.
  • Proven success in partnering with business leaders to deliver impactful organizational solutions.
  • Experience in hospitality/lodging industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed, multicultural environment.

  • Expertise in organizational diagnostics, design, and capability development.
  • Strong consulting and leadership skills; able to influence without authority.
