Job Description

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU GET TO DO IN THIS ROLE:

As the Sr Director, Partner Excellence Group – EMEA Hub Leader, you will report directly to the Group Vice President, Partner Excellence Group (PEG), with close alignment and a dotted-line relationship to the EMEA Global Partnerships & Channels (GPC) Leader. PEG sits within the Global Partnerships & Channels organization and operates as the counterpart to the Customer Excellence Group, focused on ensuring partners are fully enabled and delivering value across the entire customer lifecycle.
You will lead a team accountable for driving the full pre- to post-sale partner excellence remit in EMEA — from early sales engagement through customer value realization — in close collaboration with the GPC Leadership team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless partner activation, execution, and success across the region.
In this high-impact role, you will:

Lead EMEA Regional Execution

  • Lead the PEG EMEA Hub strategy and execution across Partner Program Advocacy, Partner Success & Talent Excellence, and Regional Events & Experiences. With close alignment across PEG leadership.
  • Translate global Partner Strategy and PEG Global House deliverables into localized plans aligned to EMEA business priorities.
  • Ensure ServiceNow’s 5 Routes to Market and GTM priorities are executed effectively in EMEA.

Drive Partner Program & Incentives Impact

  • Lead adoption and performance of partner programs, frameworks, and incentive models across EMEA.
  • Manage ROI for MDF, BDF, awards, and other performance-based investments to accelerate growth.

Enhance Partner Capacity & Readiness

  • Oversee enablement programs that grow partner delivery capabilities, AI skills, and GTM readiness.
  • Drive delivery quality and talent excellence across the EMEA partner ecosystem.

Champion Partner Engagement & Value Realization

  • Deliver impactful partner events, experiences, and communications in the region.
  • Govern programs to accelerate sales velocity, customer value, and solution adoption.

Operate as the EMEA Conduit to Global

  • Serve as the primary connector between EMEA execution teams, PEG Global House leaders, and Partner Strategy.
  • Maintain a continuous feedback loop with the EMEA GPC Geo Leader to align priorities and execution.

Qualifications

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU HAVE:

  • 15+ years of senior leadership in partner ecosystem management, with significant EMEA experience.
  • Proven expertise in partner programs, incentives, enablement, events, communications, and value realization.
  • Proven success in managing senior leaders and building high-performing teams that deliver measurable impact across regions.
  • 5+ years experience working for, with or around consulting or services integrators.
  • Strong track record leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams in complex matrix environments.
  • Ability to translate global strategies into actionable, measurable regional execution plans.
  • Exceptional executive presence, stakeholder influence, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven GTM strategies and partner capability development.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Culture wise someone who leads with trust and transparency, strong history of leading highly successful and functioning teams.
