QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • A University Degree (Master) or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of prior experiences in Human Resources for a global company.
  • Proven experience in HR business partnership, consulting, and coaching.
  • Expertise in talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, and communications.
  • Knowledge of total rewards, succession planning, and organizational capability & development.
Responsibilities
  • Partnering with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and develop innovative human resource solutions.
  • Driving change management processes that consider the employees and local cultural diversity and complexity.
  • Collaborating closely with the Global Culture & Engagement team, Leadership teams, and HR communities to implement the listening strategy and translate insights into actions.
  • Working with the PACS team, Talent and Development team, Bottling Partners, and other stakeholders to create an engaging culture and communication strategy.
  • Staying connected to industry trends and refreshing the organization’s approaches to engagement and communication.
